Managing Director
Tim has 15 years of experience leading schools and has spent the majority of his career in Central and Upstate New York in various school leadership roles. Following a professional baseball career, Tim gained a significant amount of experience serving as a school leader at the elementary, middle and high school levels. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. John Fisher College and a Master's degree in Education Administration from SUNY College at Brockport.

Terri's responsibilities include supervision of the teaching staff, coordination of state and national testing, and management of curriculum, textbooks, scheduling, and staff development.

Business Manager, Middle School and High School
Donna has been with LNCS since March of 2005. She is responsible for the Finances, Human Resources, Benefits and general operations for both the middle school and high school.

Principal, Middle School
Michelle has over 19 years of experience teaching and leading at the elementary, middle and high school level. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Houston, and a license in School Administration from Gardner-Webb University. Her main responsibilities as Principal at the Middle School include supervision of teachers and staff, scheduling, management of curriculum and staff development.

Director of Student Services
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, New York, Lori attended local schools and received her education from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
Lori has eighteen years of experience working with students with special needs in both Texas and North Carolina. Her major responsibility at LNCS is to oversee Exceptional Children's
services/504's at both the middle and high schools. |

Assistant Principal, Middle School
Mike has been with LNCS since we opened our doors in June 1998. He started with the school as a Math teacher and has served as an administrator for the last several years. His main responsibilities as Assistant Principal at the Middle School include student discipline, carpool procedures, and licensure.

Principal, High School
Shannon has been an educator for over 16 years, the past 10 years serving as a high school administrator. She has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Wisconsin in Biology Education, a Masters in Educational Administration from Edgewood College, and holds certifications in Director of Special Education/Pupil Services and Director of Curriculum and Instruction.
Her responsibilities as high school principal will include teacher supervision, staff, scheduling, curriculum management, staff development, and strategic planning for the high school.
